5 Ways To Soothe Your Foot Pain

Your two feet carries your entire body and all of that pressure can lead too pain. If you have a routine of standing for too long, you may be experiencing achy feet and you may also be looking for a way to end the pain. Read five ways to help soothe your feet's pain:

1. Hot Water Soaking

The best way to soothe foot pain is to pamper your feet for a half hour using peppermint oil and hot water. If you don't have peppermint at home, use a strong cup of peppermint tea added to hot water. Epsom salt also relieves sore aching feet by relaxing and drawing out the soreness. Take three tablespoons and add it to the tub. Note: Epsom salt can make your feet dry, so apply moisturizer after treatment.

2. Mustard Seeds

Mustard seeds are one of the best cures for foot pain because they help to remove the toxic water from the body, improves blood circulation and removes inflammation. Here's what you need to do: Take a handful of seeds and grind them. Put it in a half bucket of warm water and soak your feet for ten minutes to see the results.

3. Ice

Ice therapy is a good way to reduce pain and swelling of feet. Crushed ice is good to reduce inflammation. Don't apply the ice pack for more than ten minutes at a time because it will damage the skin and nerves.

4. Foot Massage

All you have to do is roll your bare feet over a tennis ball for several minutes until you feel relief! Fast, easy and you get results almost immediately.

5. Cayenne Pepper

This pepper contains a rich source of capsaicin which gives instant relief from frequent muscle aches and pains. Sprinkle some cayenne pepper into your socks before wearing them. Your feet will feel warm and you won't feel pain. Give it a try!
