Stay on Track: 6 Tips to Keep your Weight Loss Resolution

The New Year usually comes heavily loaded with New Year's Resolutions. More often than not, those resolutions include going to the gym more, eating healthy and weight loss. Here's some tips to help make achieving those goals a little easier to help you stay on track.

We mentioned above that it's important to have the right shoes for the task you're looking to accomplish. If you're looking to have a full gym-going experience, a cross trainer or training shoe is probably the optimal choice for you; you'll receive support during your cardio workout as well as when you're lifting weights.
